NEW BOOK SERIES

EXETER CRITICAL GULF SERIES

Series Editors:
Marc Owen Jones, Ross Porter and Marc Valeri

The Exeter Critical Gulf Series publishes the latest cutting-edge research on the six Gulf Monarchies and Yemen, as well on Iran and Iraq. Premised on a need to disrupt normative knowledge and conventional wisdom on a rapidly changing region, this series contains critical perspectives from across the social sciences and humanities. Accordingly, we welcome innovative original monographs from early career or established researchers concerning the dynamics of power and resistance, knowledge production, contestation, emancipation and justice.
This book series is a partnership between the Centre for Gulf Studies (University of Exeter) and Gerlach Press.
